    Neurodivergent is awesome!

There has been tremendous growth and advocacy in the past 10 years around the awareness and understanding of neurodivergent minds. Neurodivergent can include ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia or Dysgraphia to name a few. If you grew up neurodivergent and the world around you expected you to conform to the neurotypical ways, you may have learned to go against your gut feeling, you may have always thought that the way you were reacting to things was just wrong, and no matter how hard you tried, you just did not fit in. At this point, you may have learned to mask your true self.

Now is a time to get to know who you are with self-compassion and curiosity. It is a beautiful opportunity! You are different, and you can celebrate you!!
